Solomon's Key (US)

Solomon's Key - Solomon no Kagi (c) 1986 Tecmo. A superb and addictive platform/puzzle game in which a single player must collect a key (of which there is one on each level) and reach the exit to progress to the next room. The player's character is armed with a magic wand, which can be used to both destroy and create blocks to use as platforms and barriers. Players can remove platform blocks directly above their characters' head by repeatedly jumping up into them until they break. Bonus Items litter the levels, as well as being hidden in certain blocks; collecting these will earn the player for extra points. Collect ten fairies for an extra life. Each level gets progressively harder.
